After gaining extensive experience at prestigious establishments, including The Capitol Hotel Tokyu and several Joël Robuchon restaurants in Tokyo, Watanabe has developed a deep sense of hospitality and service. At LA TERRE, he draws on years of top-level experience to deliver warm, refined hospitality to every guest.

Yohei Tsutsumi
After training in Italian, French, and teppanyaki cuisine at top hotels such as Keio Plaza Sapporo and Hotel Okura, Chef Tsutsui refined his skills at leading restaurants in Japan and abroad.
At LA TERRE, he creates French dishes that are simple yet memorable, using seasonal ingredients to deliver meals that bring smiles to every guest.
